Group trips are good for your health

Fun fact: Traveling with girlfriends is actually good for your health. It’s true! According to studies, friendships can increase life expectancy, lower chances of chronic disease and improve mental health. Do you know what that means? It’s time to clear your schedule and jet off on a girls’ trip! If anyone asks questions you can say you’re doing it for the good of your health, and you wouldn’t be lying!

Planning a good group getaway is a lot of work and lots planning goes into an exceptional group trip you’ll be talking about for years to come. There are three things I recommend having in place before you give me a call to start planning.

1-Have one or two point people who can relay information to your whole group
2-Decide on a price range
3-Have a few destinations and interests in mind
